Kid Power Gymnastics Policies & Procedures
Tuition Payment Policy:
Unless you are signed up for automatic payment on the 1st of the month, tuition is due by the 25th of each month for the upcoming month in order to hold your current spot. If tuition is not paid by the 1st, you will be sent an email invoice reminding you of payment. If payment is then not made by the 7th of the month and we have not heard from you, we will then open up your class spot. Students will remain enrolled in class and charged monthly tuition until the office is informed otherwise. Please let us know if you decide to take a break by the 25th of the month. If a student decides to take a month off and rejoin later, please note that there is not a guarantee to get the spot back and he or she may have to choose another class option or be placed on a waiting list.
Payment Information:
You have the option to make monthly payments as follows:
1. Cash in person.
2. Check in person or in the mail. Please make checks payable to “Kid Power Gymnastics” and note the student's name in the memo on your check. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
3. VISA or MASTERCARD in person or over the phone.
4. Online payment at kidpowergymnastics.com (see directions posted at the front desk).
5. Automatic payment on the 1st of each month with VISA or MASTERCARD. (Please see Kelly at the desk to set this up).
Lifetime Membership Fee:
$43 per child once a lifetime required for all students.
Referral Program:
Refer one of your friends and receive a $10 tuition credit! Simply have them tell us you referred them and when they sign up, you will receive a credit on your Kid Power account for future use!
Make Up Policy:
Make ups for missed classes due to illness/vacation/weather can be made up during the current school year (i.e. before Show Week in June). Tuition will not be credited/refunded due to missed classes. No exceptions. In order to have your child make up a class, we must be notified by phone, email or in person before or the day of the missed class to schedule a makeup. This helps us control the number of children in a given class. Please no drop-ins for make up classes.
No Parents in the Gym:
The only parents allowed in the gym are participating parents in Sparks classes or those assisting children with prior approval from staff. This is for liability purposes and to aide in your child's ability to focus on his/her instructors. All adults assisting must be at least 18 years of age, fill out a waiver and review our policies handout.
Closing due to Weather:
If we have to cancel classes due to weather, we will post a message on our Facebook page and also email those classes affected. If we decide to remain open and you decide not to attend class, please know that you are always welcome to makeup that missed class. Please make sure we have the best email(s) for you.
Concussion Awareness:
Our insurance agency encourages us to spread awareness regarding concussions. We have handouts available at the front desk and if you have not received one yet, please stop by at your convenience for your copy.
Dress Code:
Students are asked to wear a leotard or comfy fitted clothing (tees/tanks/cotton leggings or shorts). Please no crop tops / sports bras only. Midriff needs to be covered. No jeans / jean shorts. No dangling earrings (posts only), necklaces or bracelets. Hair should be pulled back away from face. Barefoot preferred.
